Two Questions

by on April 21, 2017

A Christian can solve a lot of problems in life with two questions.

1. What is the most Biblical thing I can think, say and or do in this situation?

2. What is the most loving thing I can think, say, and of do in this situation?

Chances are both answers will converge for the right solution.

1 Corinthians 13 can help you know what is most loving. When you do speak, do so in love with the right attitude and gone of voice.

Those thoughts, words and actions may be hard. When they are, it is usually due to emotions jumping in. Emotions can be changed by right actions and words.

Don’t let the emotions lead you. You lead them by being loving and Biblical

What if someone hurts you, or is your enemy? The Bible tells you what to do in Luke 6:27-31 and Matthew 5:44.

More often than not, my first thought, word of action choice is NOT most loving, nor most Biblical.

If you know Christ as your Savior, pray, God will help you know what to do. Don’t give up; Hebrews 11:6. Ask God for wisdom. James 1:5-6. Trust God and obey what you know from His Word.
